I love how much there is do and explore in this area, from my hometown Lexington to the Red River Gorge, this part of Kentucky has everything.
The people. This place has been my home for 8 years, and the folks I’ve met have been there for me through everything. EKU is a place of opportunity, and I’ve been blessed to be able to travel as much as I have through undergrad, grad school, and for the RHC role with conferences. This place has given me my best friends, my husband, and my dog!

Izzy loves the McGregor backyard! It’s the perfect place to play frisbee in the summer. If only she could go swimming in the pool!
